Matthew Cambó is a family law attorney in Florida who has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America 2022 due to his exceptional focus on serving clients in family law matters. For the past six years, he has been working as an associate attorney with Leinoff & Lemos, P.A. His focus areas are marital and family law matters. In addition, Mr. Cambó is devoted to litigation, including divorce, child custody issues, relocation, alimony and child support matters, modification actions, business valuations, and paternity disputes.
Before his engagement at Leinoff & Lemos, Mr. Cambó gained valuable litigation experience. At the felony division of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, he assisted in the prosecution of defendants charged with armed robbery, attempted murder, and vehicular homicide. Working for a federal defense attorney, he helped in the successful defense of a United States Immigration and Customs Officer. As a large Florida law firm clerk, he participated in insurance defense litigation and appellate advocacy.
Mr. Cambó graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science. Then, he enrolled in the University of Miami School of Law and obtained his J.D. in 2015. He is a member of the Family Law, Trial Lawyers, and Young Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar.
When he is not working, Matthew enjoys traveling and playing golf.
